Reviewing UD's Naked3 Palette. | Beauty.

Image
Hi, everyone One of the first products I ever got from Urban Decay, was a present for my 16th birthday - the Naked3 palette. I am loving the palette and I've been using it every chance I get.

Unless you've been living under a rock, you probably already know that the Naked palettes are one of Urban Decay's most talked about products. Naked3 comes with a synthetic dual-ended eye-shadow brush, just like the Naked2 palette and it does the job perfectly. It also comes with 4 sample size Primer Potions: Original, Sin - which is shimmery, Eden - a nude matte and Anti-Aging. The packaging is very sturdy and snaps shut. Inside are 12 brand-new - highly pigmented - eye-shadows and the brush, as well as a large mirror.

As I'm fairly light for an Indian (with a slight yellowy undertone), its hard to predict whether I can pull off these types of colours but this beautiful pink-heavy palette, looks incredible and quite flattering on. Everything is Urban Decay's typically amazing…

Make-up musts for gorgeous photos. | Tips&Tricks.

Hi everyone,
With social media on the rise, I thought it might be nice to share some tips I have compiled for picture perfect make-up that helped me look better in photo's. All natural. Always have make-up applied in natural light. This will be the best indicator of how it will look when photographed.Primary focus. Primmer is essential for keeping make-up intact. It kind of plays the role of base coat on a manicure. Oil-free versions are best and also sensitive skin-friendly.Lighten up. Avoid going too dark in your foundation shade. Have it professionally matched to your skin tone, and if it's for a special event, try and get it matched close to the date as possible. Matte is a must. For checks, stay away from shimmery powders. For eyelids, keep shimmer strictly on eye lids.Line up. When lining eyelids, start in the centre and work your way to the outer edge. Lining the entire lid will cause your eyes to look smaller.More is better. A camera flash will wash out colours, no mat…

7 ways to get rid or tame frizzy hair. | Tips&Tricks.

Hi everyone,
Here I've got 7 ways you can get rid or tame your frizzy hair. Blow dry on the cool setting instead of the hot setting. Use paper towels or a cotton t-shirt instead of a regular towel. This is because a towel will create a lot more friction with your hair and cause frizz. Squeeze your hair when you come out the shower to remove the water. Do not rub, as that will cause friction which leads to frizzy hair. DIY anti-frizz mask; mix honey and yogurt together, then put that in your hair and leave it in for a few minutes and wash out, this will hopefully tame your frizzy hair.If you have curly/wavy hair don't brush it when your hair is dry, that will just leave you with a frizzy mess! Instead brush/comb it when its damp.Don't give your hair alcohol! Most hair products contain alcohol and this will make your hair dry and create even more frizzy hair.My favourite product to use is Argon Oil. I just pour a few drops into my hand and spread it out evenly through the en…

25 Beauty Tips and Tricks. | Tips&Tricks.

Hi everyone,
Today I'm going to share with you 25 Beauty Tips and Tricks that I think could be useful to at least one person out there who is reading this. If you want a matte lipstick and you can't find an already matte lipstick in the colour you want, get a tissue and lay it over your lips. Then gently dab it so it touches the lipstick, apply translucent powder over the top with a brush and the lipstick should appear to be matte.Do you have gloopy nail polish? Simply place it in a bowl full of boiling water for 2 minutes and its back to normal!DON'T PUMP YOUR MASCARA WAND INTO THE TUBE. Most of you probably pump the mascara wand into the tube when applying it onto your lashes to get more product on the brush but this makes your mascara dry up quicker. What you should do is place the wand back in the tube carefully, twist it around, then take it out carefully again.Using dry shampoo at night will work better then applying it in the morning. If you cannot find your eye-line…
